I Hired Mr. Gregory in June 2007 to install a new in ground pool. Through my attorney in August 2008, I sent a final (discounted) payment and hired a more professional installer to repair Quality Pools work. Some problems were; Seven cracks across expansion joints and two shoe prints in concrete, water leaks at filter tank, pool ladder incorrectly installed requiring the concrete to be cut to repair, Two Filter canisters installed incorrectly, No notice of finalization and not any instruction (written or verbal) of how to operate or maintain the system.
