Richard Gregory installed a Viking 6/6/2012

Richard Gregory installed a Viking fiberglass pool for me in 1998, and did a phenomenal job! We were completely satisfied with the quality of the install and workmanship. I have since moved, and am thinking of installing another pool. After having a fiberglass pool with virtually no maintenance, I wouldn't even think of anything else...Nor any other pool installation company. Richard Gregory and his crew far exceeded my expectations, and I highly recommend Quality Pools for all of your installation and service needs! more

AWESOME back yard oasis! 5/21/2012

Oustanding work! Richard has been building pools for 32 years and I could not be more pleased with the recent installation of my in-ground swimming pool! The crew was exceptional, they did not rush and installed a quality product using exceptional workmanship! All of the guys were trusting and always cleaned up the work area after a days work! Great pool! We are very pleased! 5/13/2012

From the sale to the completion, we had a great experience with Quality Pools. Richard Gregory and his guys did a great job, and our pool is not only beautiful, but exactly what we wished for! We would highly recomend Quality Pools to anyone. Prior to purchasing, we searched around and found that Quality Pools offers a great price with excellent workmanship and beautiful final result! Great Guys! 4/30/2012

We purchased our house and it already had a pool. However a few days after moving in we discovered the liner was worn out and leaking. We called Richard at Quality Pools and he came right out, took all the measurements, discussed what we needed and got everything ordered. His guys came out and installed the liner and cleaned up after themselves. Richard came out to check and make sure everything was to our satisfaction and also took time to tell us how to take care of the pool since we had never owned one. He also encouraged us to call him anytime we had a question and over the past 4 years has helped us many times. He and his employees are friendly and willing to help. His prices are very competitive. I highly recommend Richard Gregory and Quality Pools. more

My experiece with Quality Pools 4/26/2012

My experience with Quality Pools was excellent. They seemed very knowledgeable and dependable, which is why I decided to use them. They installed a pool at my house 9 years ago and did a great job. They showed up, did things on time, and I did not have to chase them down. I am very pleased with the way that everything turned out. The quality of work/how the pool turned out, exceeded all expectations. Anytime I have needed advice, service, or supplies since building the pool, Richard has always been there. You can't ask for more than that. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND QUALITY POOLS!!!! more

Not Completely Satisfied 6/6/2011

Richard Gregory installed a fiberglass pool for me in July of 2010. The work is sloppy. He told me afterwards that he does not guarantee the pool to be level and he does not guarantee the concrete work. Too bad he didn't mention that before I signed the contract. I would advise anyone thinking about having a fiberglass pool installed by Quality pools, to go look at their work in person and talk to the owners of the pool. Don't settle on pictures of their work alone. Check out the pictures I have uploaded. Is this a pool you can be proud of ?? more

GREAT POOL BUSINESS! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! 4/14/2010

In reguards to the Nature2 system I cannot be happier. When the system was part of the package I was skeptical but the promise of saving chlorine use and little or no trouble with algea panned out as promoted. I started with half a bucket (25 lbs) the summer of 2009 and I still have plenty for summer 2010. I don't even have to fill my chlorine feeder, just drop a few 3 inch tablets in it and check the pool for chemical balance once a week and perform the necessary maintence and exhibit no problems at all. I would recommend Quality Pools to anyone in need of on time installation, quality products, and most of all HONESTY AND INTEGRITY. Started Great. Ended w/Attorney involved 3/29/2010

I Hired Mr. Gregory in June 2007 to install a new in ground pool. Through my attorney in August 2008, I sent a final (discounted) payment and hired a more professional installer to repair Quality Pools work. Some problems were; Seven cracks across expansion joints and two shoe prints in concrete, water leaks at filter tank, pool ladder incorrectly installed requiring the concrete to be cut to repair, Two Filter canisters installed incorrectly, No notice of finalization and not any instruction (written or verbal) of how to operate or maintain the system. This install was to be completed for use during the summer/fall of 2007. We finally were able to enjoy our pool the next summer. Most popular Pool installer in my area of Kannapolis! 12/30/2008

You can't look anywhere in this area without seeing a pool that was installed by Quality Pools. My friend convinced me to use him as he was fair in price and stood behind his work. I was amazed at the results of our pool & was lucky enough to watch the daily progess. Richard helped us invision it from the beginning & his Co. worked rain or shine to finish it exactly how we wanted it. We love it & would recommend them highly! Richard is wonderful and so are the guys that work with him. Thank you! Pros: Can't say enough about his price and quality. Cons: Hard to reach sometimes - probably because he is so popular! more
