I Hired Mr. Gregory in June 2007 to install a new in ground pool. Through my attorney in August 2008, I sent a final (discounted) payment and hired a more professional installer to repair Quality Pools work. Some problems were; Seven cracks across expansion joints and two shoe prints in concrete, water leaks at filter tank, pool ladder incorrectly installed requiring the concrete to be cut to repair, Two Filter canisters installed incorrectly, No notice of finalization and not any instruction (written or verbal) of how to operate or maintain the system. This install was to be completed for use during the summer/fall of 2007. We finally were able to enjoy our pool the next summer. See my photos for yourself by clicking on my name ""in Albemarle""
