This gym has got to be one of the worst experiences of the past few years. For starters, I did the monthly billing. A few months before my contract ran out, I agreed to pay month by month, debited from my account for my daughter to join under my name. This was to be a $10.00 a month charge and ended when my contract expired.\r
For 6 MONTHS after my contract expired, they continued to charge my account this $10.00 a month charge. I tried several times to call and get this straight, called their corporate office and sent SEVERAL written cancellations via fax as requested to end this. Finally, I had to block from my bank account!\r
Now, 2 YEARS LATER, I recieve a credit bureau bill from them for $410.00. \r
I would advise everyone to stay away from this nightmare of a place! They just don't seem to get it ,and never stop coming after money, even after the contract has ended! It has been a nightmare for years that keeps occuring.
