I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS GYM! VERY SHADY! FIRST WHEN SELLING ME ON THE CONTRACT I WAS TOLD THAT IN ORDER TO LOCK IN THE LOW MONTHLY PAYMENT THAT I MUST SIGN A LONGER CONTRACT. HOWEVER, WHEN MY CONTRACT EXPIRED THEY CONTINUED TO BILL ME FOR ANOTHER 3 MONTHS! THAT'S $90 DOLLARS FOR A GYM THAT WOULD NOT LET ME CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP. WHEN I CALLED AND ASKED THEY SAID THAT I HAVE TO COME IN AND CANCEL. THEY WOULD NOT ALLOW ME TO CANCEL ANY OTHER WAY! I ASKED WHAT THE ADVANTAGES OF DOING A LONGER CONTRACT WERE FOR AND THEY AGAIN TOLD ME TO LOCK IN ""THEIR LOW RATE"" HOWEVER THE LOW RATE WAS BILLED CONTINUOUSLY AFTER MY CONTRACT EXPIRED! WHEN EXPLAINED THEY SAID SORRY NOTHING WE CAN DO! VERY DECEPTIVE AND WILL MAKE SURE THAT I LET EVERYONE KNOW OF THE CROOKED BUSINESS BEING PERFORMED AT KX FITNESS! more

I signed up for a membership at this place back when it was still Peak Fitness. After getting completely screwed based on their clerical error, and a complete run-around with managers versus collections, I finally got rid of the membership. Since then, I have gotten phone calls periodically, and I have asked them to take my number off their list more than once. Today I received a text from them and called again and asked to have my name taken off the list yet again. Don't ever go to this gym. They have terrible customer service, and every employee is just out to get you to spend more money. They're dirtier sales people than those who work for cellphone carriers. more

This gym has got to be one of the worst experiences of the past few years. For starters, I did the monthly billing. A few months before my contract ran out, I agreed to pay month by month, debited from my account for my daughter to join under my name. This was to be a $10.00 a month charge and ended when my contract expired.\r For 6 MONTHS after my contract expired, they continued to charge my account this $10.00 a month charge. I tried several times to call and get this straight, called their corporate office and sent SEVERAL written cancellations via fax as requested to end this. Finally, I had to block from my bank account!\r Now, 2 YEARS LATER, I recieve a credit bureau bill from them for $410.00. \r I would advise everyone to stay away from this nightmare of a place! They just don't seem to get it ,and never stop coming after money, even after the contract has ended! It has been a nightmare for years that keeps occuring. more

\r After going through what I have been through in trying to cancel my membership with K X Fitness, it came to my mind that MOST CERTAINLY I cannot be the only person who has gone through this! With the K X Fitness ridiculous membership cancellation policy, it is very obvious the company is trying to milk their customers for every last nickel they can before they leave. \r \r NEVER recommended.\r \r more
