I am not usually one to write a review, but feel like people need to know about this company. I was advised ahead of time that there would be a $79 charge for coming out, then I would be told of any extra charges before the work would be completed. They showed up, took my AC unit apart, and didn't find a problem. After checking around he decided the fan wasn't working, but it had been... the problem was something else. I think he forgot to reconnect the wire in his first round of tests. Anyway, he reconnected a wire, then after he did the work told me there would be an extra $80 charge on top of the service call for reconnecting a single wire. It did not fix the problem because it was not what was wrong. I called and complained, they sent someone out the next day free of charge but would not refund the extra charges for NOT fixing anything. The guy the second day couldn't figure it out and only recomended replacing everything. They charged me service charge + repair and didn't fix anything. Bad customer service and too big of a company with too much overhead to be able to offer decent prices. I advise going somewhere else.
