We work along side most major manufacturers and many local dealers to perform service in warranty, in contract and out of warranty/contract. Our customer database holds more than 70,000 separate addresses to customers we have serviced. Having said that, we can assure you we know who the unhappy customers are. While any service company can tell you there will be customers you cannot make happy, and there are times that the circumstances (back order, manufacturer defect, etc) cannot be avoided, we take all customer complaints serious and try our best to redeem ourselves to them.
