Wind Service has been on Long Island and servicing Queens, Nassau, and Suffolk for over 50 Years. We work along side most major manufacturers and many local dealers to perform service in warranty, in contract and out of warranty/contract. Our customer database holds more than 70,000 separate addresses to customers we have serviced. Having said that, we can assure you we know who the unhappy customers are. While any service company can tell you there will be customers you cannot make happy, and there are times that the circumstances (back order, manufacturer defect, etc) cannot be avoided, we take all customer complaints serious and try our best to redeem ourselves to them. Sometimes it doesn’t work. Sites like this will allow them to vent their frustrations, while not attracting the happy customer to write a story. We are and will be in business for many years to come as a result of our reputation nationally and locally within the industry and our 60 to 80 customers who will see one of our technician each day. We are here and we are ready and able to take are of your appliance repair needs with the most experience and lowest cost in the area. We promise.
