We sent flowers to a service at the Anoka chapel of Thurston-Lindberg Funeral Home, deliveing them to the homes 'flower-room'. \r

They put the flowers out for the wrong service.\r

When I realized this two days later, I called them to talk about this, a fellow named Steve answered, said he was 'real busy', on his way to a 'cemetery' and would call me back, well a day later no call back, I called back - someone else answered, said, ooh this was Steve's service you have to talk to steve... OK I call today and talk to Steve again, this time he had a song and dance about how they take the delivery labels out as soon as they get the flowers, had no explanation, no apology and when i pressed him as how 'we' will rectify the situation and as to why he never called me back as he had promised, knowing full well there is a grieving family that has no idea these sympathy wishes were never delivered to their service, he simply hung up on me...\r

To their credit they did finally get the flowers
