I purchased a service contract for my major appliances through PC Richard and when I had a problem with my washing machine, the call was dispatched to Wind Factory Service. When I called to discuss setting up repair with them, I spoke with ""John"" who claimed to be the manager. He told me that he had to order the part and when I tried to get an answer out of him as to how long it would take to get it... he got extremely rude and said 7 to 10 days. So, I called back 8 days after the part was supposedly ordered and of course it is still not in... I asked if he could track the part order to be sure that it is in transit and not back-ordered when I began with his rhetoric about how he has 8 phones to answer and when my part comes in I will get a call. I asked for his supervisor and he said he was the supervisor... What a detriment to customer service. So, the best advice I can offer you is, if you need anything repaired LOCATE ANOTHER REPAIR CENTER UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE WAITING FOR AN UNDISCLOSED PERIOD OF TIME TO HAVE YOUR APPLIANCE REPAIRED...
