I have lived in riverwood for over two years and have been very pleased overall. The location is great and provides easy access to Raleigh & I-540, Clayton, Knightdale, etc. Yes-it is quite crowded in Riverwood but overall the neighbors are great. I am actually familiar with the family and their firepit but it hasn't been a problem for several months now. The health clup has a wide variety of equipment but the locker rooms are not always kept as clean as they could be. The Pool is also crowded on certain nights during the swim season but the outdoor pool is a great asset during the summer months.
