I am not a fan of IGO after having a TERRIBLE experience with them. I reserved a car and couldn't get the doors to unlock for 20 minutes. I finally had to call a customer service representative who told me my reservation had not gone through even though I had an e mail confirmation of it. The woman on the phone finally unlocked the doors for me, but to the wrong car. When I reported that I would be returning the car later than the end of my reservation time (due to the 20 minute delay from not being able to get into the vehicle), I was told that I had a 5 minute grace period to get it back without being charged. \r The second time I called customer service was to get my login for the website. I was put on hold for 20+ minutes with no one ever coming back on the line. I cannot imagine having to be on hold this long everytime I need to make a phone reservation.\r There are many car locations that are convenient but, with the horrible customer service, you will never be able to drive any of them.
