This club uses a horrible accounting company called Paramount Acceptance. When my bank sent me a new debit card with a new expiration date, I didn't realize Riviera couldn't take the monthly $20 from my account until a few months later when I received a COLLECTIONS notice from the company. \r \r I was using the gym on a regular basis, and not once did anyone say anything to me for two months. When I tried to work out the situation, Paramount was so horribly rude that I hung up. It was a terrible experience with the most HORRIBLE customer service. I tried to cancel my membership to no avail. \r \r This gym lost my continued business along with at least three other people I convinced not to get a membership here. We went to Pensacourt and loved the people and the classes there. \r \r I would avoid this gym unless they use a new accounting company.
