Same thing happened with my debit card. Paramount customer service are RUDE, RUDE, RUDE. They were debiting my account and when something went wrong with the payment, instead of CALLING me in the first place, they waited a few months so they could tack on a LATE FEE which they feel perfectly justified or else they report it as late on your credit report. Which they did!!! It wasn't even for me, but for my daughter...the gym and I didn't know it until almost 90 days after they hassled her for the payment of which I had no knowledge of. When I explained the situation, their greedy paws captitalized because THEY CAN! I told them to take the compalint off my credit card and I will pay them their stinking $75 OVER CHARGE considering the monthly payments were less than $20!!! \r

I can't stand Paramount. What despicable, greedy, manipulative money grubbing people. I wouldn't recommend this gym to anyone because of them. They could have called when they didn't collect without the excess fee's but they didn't. They only do it when it adds up.
