Although I received terrible service a year ago I decided to try them again; all I got was damaged clothing and no compensation. They ruined beading on a very expensive dress and claimed that it was not their fault because it should not have been dry-cleaned. I only asked to be refunded for less than 1/2 the value of the dress and was told that was not fare, it was not their fault. After being treated poorly I left with my dress and could not find a tag on the dress at all, let alone one that noted ?dry-clean only?. They lied more than once during the episode, failed to provide good service or even what I considered remotely fare compensation.
