We had some very important family pictures taken back on Nov 4th. A week later (Nov 11th) we went in to view our prints and order the ones that we wanted. When we ordered our prints we were told by the employees of Barrus that it would take 3 weeks to get our prints. We waited patiently, but when a month had passed by and we hadn't heard from them we called and they told us that they were in. So we went to get our prints (this was on a monday) so we showed up and only about 1/3 of our prints were ready. The owners wife told us that the rest would be ready by saturday. So on Saturday I called to see if the rest of the prints were ready and they told us that they were not ready. So as a paying customer I had some questions about what the delay was. I was told that the lab that Barrus sends there prints only has 1 person working on the prints and i was also informed that our prints were not sent to the lab until 11 days after we had PAID in full for our prints. During this conversation I was talking to the Owners wife and she would not even hardly let me get a word in during our conversation. She was very defensive with me and she did not handle this matter in a professional way. She finally gave the phone to Steve Barrus (owner) and all he said to me was that this conversation is over and he was not even willing to listen to me. I was informed today that if i show up to there business that they would call the cops on me. I was the FULL PAYING CUSTOMER and I was treated like dirt. I WOULD NEVER EVER GO BACK THERE AGAIN AND IF ANYBODY READS THIS I WOULD THINKD TWICE ABOUT GOING THERE.
