Terrible customer service & product defects 4/21/2013

We have an ongoing customer service & merchandise defect issue with this company. It's been 5 months with no resolution, it's under a 1 year warranty. If you have issues, contact the Better Business Bureau of Monterey Co (located in San Jose, CA) , they will help you., even though this store is not a member. Contact Ashley's Corporate headquarters in Wisconsin. You can find this information on the store's website under their warranty information. Received a letter from store owner he said that we shouldn't expect "perfect" furniture from them, that it's mass produced. He offered a $100.00 refund, not acceptable. purchase is under warranty.
