We have an ongoing customer service & merchandise defect issue with this company. It's been 5 months with no resolution, it's under a 1 year warranty. If you have issues, contact the Better Business Bureau of Monterey Co (located in San Jose, CA) , they will help you., even though this store is not a member. Contact Ashley's Corporate headquarters in Wisconsin. You can find this information on the store's website under their warranty information. Received a letter from store owner he said that we shouldn't expect "perfect" furniture from them, that it's mass produced. He offered a $100.00 refund, not acceptable. purchase is under warranty. Working with the store manager now to replace the defective table they sent us for the 4th time. Buyer beware of Ashley Furniture Salinas, CA
