Bought set of sofas very expensive by the way not even a yr ago and with in a month defect material started showing and tech after tech kept coming for same issues. Continued to state "the MATERIAL"... Contacted Ashley and they stated no exchanges can do manufacture warranty or corporate! Sooo..disapointed with Ashley! Should of known right of the bat with in that month after the defect to return em or exchange em while i still could of..they do not go above and beyond for the customer!! BUYERS BE WARE!!! TAKE UR MONEY ELSEWHERE!! Now im stuck with these bad defected sofas and payed tooo much which they are not worth!! more

We have an ongoing customer service & merchandise defect issue with this company. It's been 5 months with no resolution, it's under a 1 year warranty. If you have issues, contact the Better Business Bureau of Monterey Co (located in San Jose, CA) , they will help you., even though this store is not a member. Contact Ashley's Corporate headquarters in Wisconsin. You can find this information on the store's website under their warranty information. Received a letter from store owner he said that we shouldn't expect "perfect" furniture from them, that it's mass produced. He offered a $100.00 refund, not acceptable. purchase is under warranty.
