One of them took me to the unit and showed me how to get there and really took her time to explain to me what their surveillance covered. The gate system is pretty good and it's been smooth sailing so far. more

Incredibly accommodating when I needed equipment. 10/31/2013

When I needed a truck at iStorage in Washington Township, they made sure one would be available for me. There wasn't one at their location, so they called to reserve it at the Deptford location instead. I loved that they arranged everything for me. The people in Deptford were also very helpful once I got there. more

Initial misinformation but later satisfied with service 8/29/2013

I've been using iStorage for about a month now and so far it's fine. When I first called, I was transferred to someone who quoted me a price that didn't include the insurance and other charges. When I came in to pay for the first month, that's when the extra charges came up. The woman was very nice and she was really the only reason I didn't walk out right then and go to someone else. I believe she was from the West Deptford location and was covering for someone. I don't believe it was intentional. I just think they forgot to mention it. Once I was in, I was very satisfied with the unit and I actually plan on renting a larger unit next month so it wasn't a totally negative experience. more

A lot went wrong, but employees were helpful about it. 8/22/2013

When I first signed up for a unit at iStorage Washington Township, I got one that already had stuff in it. They got me a different one the next day, but there was an oil spill inside that one. I was trying to move at this time and really needed a unit as soon as possible. It took them a week to finish cleaning it up. The girls were very nice up front, but I had multiple problems there. A couple times, it was locked, shut down, and not letting me exit with my code, so I had to get a different one to get out. The people were fine, it's just that everything that could go wrong did go wrong. They made up for it, it was just a lot to deal with and was frustratingly difficult. I would recommend them because they were nice enough to try to work with me. I understood. more

Easy, enjoyable experience 8/20/2013

I only use iStorage for the summer. They're convenient because they have their own truck for rent. They're very lenient with working around my schedule and working around different things that I needed from them, in regards to, giving me an extra day here and there. All in all, it was a great experience and easy overall to have the truck there. more

Good place...for the most part! 8/17/2013

Overall, this is a better storage facility than you will find in most places. The air conditioning is not in the units themselves so the stored items are not being kept as cool as desired. The fee amounts (& the moving truck schedule) quoted by the customer service center people were not the same as what we were told at the actual location either. Disappointed there. Storage is ok though, and people are much nicer than you will encounter at Public Storage. more

Friendly, informative, flexible. 8/14/2013

When I went into iStorage Washington Township I had a few questions and the people who helped me were extremely friendly and informative. And then we had to change the date that we were going to move into our unit and when I called again everyone was very friendly and flexible. My husband moved our things into the unit and he said it was very satisfactory. He was really happy with it. more
