When I first signed up for a unit at iStorage Washington Township, I got one that already had stuff in it. They got me a different one the next day, but there was an oil spill inside that one. I was trying to move at this time and really needed a unit as soon as possible. It took them a week to finish cleaning it up. The girls were very nice up front, but I had multiple problems there. A couple times, it was locked, shut down, and not letting me exit with my code, so I had to get a different one to get out. The people were fine, it's just that everything that could go wrong did go wrong. They made up for it, it was just a lot to deal with and was frustratingly difficult. I would recommend them because they were nice enough to try to work with me. I understood.
