Review content:
I've been using iStorage for about a month now and so far it's fine. When I first called, I was transferred to someone who quoted me a price that didn't include the insurance and other charges. When I came in to pay for the first month, that's when the extra charges came up. The woman was very nice and she was really the only reason I didn't walk out right then and go to someone else. I believe she was from the West Deptford location and was covering for someone.
I don't believe it was intentional. I just think they forgot to mention it. Once I was in, I was very satisfied with the unit and I actually plan on renting a larger unit next month so it wasn't a totally negative experience.
