I used to love Zoots: 24 hour drop off, open until 9 on weekdays, open on Sundays even! Email notification when my order is ready, automatic credit card billing! But... twic...

Pleased with quality of cleaning 9/20/2010

I was very pleased with the quality of cleaning that was done on my shirt. ?I had a stain on it that I was unable to remove (I tried several times) and after one cleaning it was gone! ?Thank you!! more

Not Coming Back! 7/30/2010

I'm sure lots of people have had similar experiences, but this chain is awful. I really don't know how they're still in business. I took some dry cleaning here, and not only did they charge me an obscene price, they also failed to clean my garments. I saw yellow stain marks around the collars of my shirts. After pleading with them to re-do my shirts, not only did they fail to remove the stain, they somehow created new a big blue stain on my shirt. I asked that they refund my money and compensate me for my shirt. They refused to do either and blamed it on the quality of my shirt. Go to a locally owned establishment and not some big corporate chain like Zoots. Pros: Location Cons: Price and so-called service more

HIGHWAY ROBBERY PRICES! HORRIBLE CLEANING AND SERVICE 7/20/2010

I really wanted to like Zoots, because their location is so convenient, but after they dyed my clothes two times and they refused to compensate me other than giving me some token amount of money and add that to their already HIGHWAY ROBBERY prices and I decided to never go back again. There are so many dry cleaners in the area that offer lower prices and actually care about you. Go somewhere else if you don't want to be given a shrug and cold shoulder when they mess up your clothes.? Pros: Location Cons: Prices, cleaning, service. more

Great hours. 9pm during the week and open Sundays. Pros: Very Conveinent Cons: No 24hour access like in Brookline more

REALLY RUDE staff! 5/10/2008

I once went in to pick up my clothes and had to check to see if the stains were removed so I had tear off the plastic cover. After inspection, I asked the staff to dispose the plastic since there's no point of me taking it home with me since they have a trash can in the store. She was so rude about it! As I left, I may have taken 2 steps from the store, I heard the girl SCREAMING ""F---ing"" this and ""F---ing"" that. Unbelievable! I have NEVER experienced such rudeness. I complained to the manager via email and never heard back from them for an apology. Maybe they're ok with their staff behaving in such tacky and crude manner and do not care to lose customers. Never will go back again. Go to Anton's - MUCH better customer service. Cons: Staff that will swear at you, management that don't care enough to even apologize to customer. more

Stains on clothes that weren't there before. Lost items and refusal to reimburse... even for the money I paid to clean them!! Horrible dry cleaning and even worse customer service. Go to your local cleaners instead. They'll care more. Pros: emails Cons: horrible customer service more

Don't go there 10/14/2005

I dropped a suit for dry cleaning there; they lost the pants, which means that my $350 suit was effectively worthless. They only want to reimburse me for $165. They also don't offer extra insurance against loss of items, so even if you wanted to pay more to protect your expensive clothes, you can't. Don't go there. I have switched to another dry cleaner. more

Awful 10/22/2004

I would recommend taking your clothes ANYWHERE but Zoots. They pride themselves on using an environmentally friendly cleaning process, which is commendable, but their results are TERRIBLE. Both times I brought clothes there, they were returned to me more wrinkled than when I dropped them off. Luckily, these wrinkles were hardly noticeable thanks to the extra stains they picked up there. Don't go to Zoots. more
