I once went in to pick up my clothes and had to check to see if the stains were removed so I had tear off the plastic cover. After inspection, I asked the staff to dispose the plastic since there's no point of me taking it home with me since they have a trash can in the store. She was so rude about it! As I left, I may have taken 2 steps from the store, I heard the girl SCREAMING ""F---ing"" this and ""F---ing"" that. Unbelievable! I have NEVER experienced such rudeness. I complained to the manager via email and never heard back from them for an apology. Maybe they're ok with their staff behaving in such tacky and crude manner and do not care to lose customers. Never will go back again. Go to Anton's - MUCH better customer service.
Cons: Staff that will swear at you, management that don't care enough to even apologize to customer.
