If I could have used negative stars, I would have. This was the WORST program of any sort on the planet. This does not seem to be a very difficult program to administer, and my only dietary restriction was that I did not eat red meat or pork and wanted two sweet snacks instead of one sweet, one ""savory"" (whatever that means), yet on five out of seven days that I had the service before canceling, they screwed up my delivery and gave me red meat, and/or the wrong snack. In fact, on a day they gave me the ""savory"" snack, it was STEAK!! Worst of all, though, was the absolutely absent customer service. I emailed on the third day and requested that a manager call me with a plan for remedying the mess, and not only did I not hear from a manager, or even any employee for that matter, they screwed up AGAIN on that Friday, prompting me to call YET AGAIN! During this conversation, probably the third of its kind, I again requested to speak to a manager and was told I had to email the request. When I informed her that I had already done that to no avail, she told me that she would give my message to a manager to call me that day. Nevertheless, no call. Another screw up on Saturday prompted another call and ultimately an email seeking cancellation. Although they confirmed a cancellation, I have asked three times for a confirmation that I would be getting the FULL refund, and have yet to hear from anyone. The service was so bad it was almost a joke. This is the most horrendously run company I have ever come across, and considering the amount of money they charge, there is absolutely no excuse for it. Not for anything, there's not a ton of food going on here, so when they screw up one of them, you either go hungry, or have to spend additional money on making your on substitute. This was a DISASTER! I cannot stress it enough -DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!!!!!!!!!
