Top notch 1/12/2018

Icy snowy roads and frigid temperatures on a Friday night and the service man came with a smile, was very knowledgeable of the system and quickly assessed and fixed the problem to get our boiler back on track. They are top notch with communication and stand by their product. Thank you more

Excellent Service 10/11/2017

Kevin R. inspection of my furnace was excellent. He called before he arrived to let me know when he would be there, he was on time, and he was incredibly thorough. He answered all of my questions to my complete satisfaction and gave me useful advice. I would highly recommend him and hope that he will be able to return if I need additional help. more

Greg M Zenner & Ritter Technician 10/5/2017

Greg arrived as scheduled. He was polite and informative while here. Although he was unable to determine any deep problem he found the Generac had stopped working due to "Overcrank". He manually started generator 5 times and cleaned the battery terminals. We agrred that I would monitor self-start function in the coming weeks. Glad he came more

Zenner & Ritter installed a whole house generator and a tankless hot water heater for me and I have a yearly maintenance agreement for both items. The service provided by the technicians has always been outstanding and they have always been more than happy to answer any concerns or questions that I might have. I would highly recommend Zenner & Ritter. more

Generator Crew 7/12/2017

All the guys were great. They had a big job lots of pipe to run along with electric. Nate was excellent. We walked around the house inside and out and got everything squared away fast. The crew went right to work, no messing around. They had a system that just kept everyone busy and getting work done. They worked through their lunch, grabbing bites to eat as they kept to the task at hand. Excellent!!! more
