Had my yearly check for furnace. That was $89.00 ( which is going rate). Was told that I needed new thermocouple which added another $141.45 in addition to the $89.00.
Was told that it was flat rate. Whenever I have had annual service in past from other companies I was just charged for thermocouple ( price was half of what I was charged this time).
