We bought a sofa and chair from York, and the manager, Larry Bell, was our sales rep. He pushed the sale onto us, and convinced us to buy a chair that "matches perfectly". Upon receipt of the items we found that the sofa was badly damaged, and the chair did not match. When reported, Larry simply told us that there was "nothing I can do to help you", and insisted that the chair was the exact same color. It took about 40 irate phone calls to get another rep to our place to acknowledge that the chair did not match what-so-ever. After this was found out, it took about 10 more phone calls to get them to take the chair back. When we were in the store to sign return paperwork, another customer was in line ahead of us, and had the EXACT same situation with the EXACT same sales rep. If you value your hard-earned dollar you will find somewhere else to furnish your space.
