Yes! called immediately after submitting our request through ServiceMagic. They gave us a two hour time frame, called to confirm and called to let us know the repair man was on his way. Not cheap, but feel that Allen was highly qualified and he spent about an hour fixing our heating system. It is running the way it should now and we have heat! more

These guys rock. Not only did they perform the serivce I needed on my HVAC units, they went above and beyond when they found other items and did not charge me to put it right. I cringed when my downstairs A/C went out. Immediately, I thought it was going to cost thousands of dollars. I am not that lucky! Well this was my lucky day!! The tech was clean, polite, professional, and knowledgeable. He quickly assessed the repair and gave me an estimate. He was not pushy but merely presented the objective data. I agreed to the repair and my unit was working within minutes. The repair including the bad capacitor, seasonal system service for both units, and a replacement capacitor for the other unit was only $398.00. I replaced the other unit’s capacitor due to a low reading and a moderate-to-high probably of failure within the next year or two. I would recommend Yes! A/C without any reservations. they did an excellent job on cleaning the ducts. They were quick, clean and very efficient in performing this job. I experienced some problems with my unit that I purchased from and had installed by your company. I called on Monday to set up an appointment for the next Thursday. The young woman who answered my call was pleasant and very understanding. When I returned home I found that the unit had quit completely. I called back Tuesday and again was met with a courtesy and competence. The young woman set an appointment for that evening. Later than I thought was possible. Your service technician was prompt, efficient and professional. After a minor difficulty he went to work assessing my problem, explaining it and offering options for repair. Even after encountering obstacles erected by the association. We decided on a course of action and agreed to the repairs being completed the next evening--to accommodate my schedule. When I returned home from work he had finished and had the failed parts available for my inspection. he is a very professional and able young man, an excellent rep of your operation. Am I happy that my A/C failed, no, am I happy that I had to pay for the repairs, no again.. A bad situation was much more pleasant because of the attitudes and assistance of your people. Just wanted to drop a line and let you know that I am very pleased with the service specialist at the job on my daughters condo. From the service call to installation the total time was less than 6 hrs. Which includes picking up the new unit . In Las Vegas, in the heat of summer thats a record. Im really glad that I decided not to repair York unit as it iwas over 10 years old. Ed knows his products and was able to point out the advantages of owning a new unit. I opted for an Amana 3 ton 12 SEER. Keep up the good work. more
