I cringed when my downstairs A/C went out. Immediately, I thought it was going to cost thousands of dollars. I am not that lucky! Well this was my lucky day!! The tech was clean, polite, professional, and knowledgeable. He quickly assessed the repair and gave me an estimate. He was not pushy but merely presented the objective data. I agreed to the repair and my unit was working within minutes. The repair including the bad capacitor, seasonal system service for both units, and a replacement capacitor for the other unit was only $398.00. I replaced the other unit’s capacitor due to a low reading and a moderate-to-high probably of failure within the next year or two. I would recommend Yes! A/C without any reservations. Good Luck!!
