I experienced some problems with my unit that I purchased from and had installed by your company. I called on Monday to set up an appointment for the next Thursday. The young woman who answered my call was pleasant and very understanding. When I returned home I found that the unit had quit completely. I called back Tuesday and again was met with a courtesy and competence. The young woman set an appointment for that evening. Later than I thought was possible. Your service technician was prompt, efficient and professional. After a minor difficulty he went to work assessing my problem, explaining it and offering options for repair. Even after encountering obstacles erected by the association. We decided on a course of action and agreed to the repairs being completed the next evening--to accommodate my schedule. When I returned home from work he had finished and had the failed parts available for my inspection. he is a very professional and able young man, an excellent rep of your operation. Am I happy that my A/C failed, no, am I happy that I had to pay for the repairs, no again.. A bad situation was much more pleasant because of the attitudes and assistance of your people. Like any other business I am sure you hear all the negatives, I wanted to comment all the people that I came in contact with and who helped remedy my situation.
