My lifestyle has completely changed thanks to Xcel Fitness! No more ""diets"", praying that I'll magically lose 20 pounds before that next event, or hoping I'll be in the mood to exercise. For the first time, I'm not trying to lose weight, only to stay healthy. This is completely due to the encouragement, support, planning, and accountability offered by Xcel Fitness. I was given an eating plan which was simply a balanced and healthy way of eating, no food exclusions. The cardio plan given was very easy to follow so I looked forward to going to the gym. The best part of the whole plan was the training sessions. I was challenged to do activities that I never thought possible. The workouts change constantly. I'm never bored and am always looking forward to learning something new. I got rewards that I never thought possible from taking the small step of just signing up with a trainer. My goal was to lose weight, but I gained strength, confidence, and the desire to keep challenging myself.
Pros: Finding someone to push me to push myself!
Cons: Can't think of any cons to having someone help me get healthy with a complete lifestyle program that I can continue always.
