It's been my experience with Xcel fitness, that the focus is always on you - your needs, your fitness level, the scope of your abilities (or disabilities!) and your goals. Working closely with you, Xcel fitness will determine the best exercise and diet program to reach your goal. I've been to quite a few gyms and been on many diet programs in my life but the best results I've ever gotten have been with Xcel.
