Heat pump and furnace check up 12/22/2015

Maintenance Service by Chris K #48 12/17/2015

Our appt was for between 2 & 5 pm. Chris called to let me know he was on his way to perform a semi-annual maintenance service on our heat pump. He arrived around 3:10, checked everything, hosed down the outside unit and completed the work around 4pm. He was pleasant and very polite. And, he wore little booties over his shoes when entering the house. I questioned him about the price of the filter, explained that we have a contract, he rechecked it and returned with a much lower price. Very thankful. You can be proud of Chris. I wished him a Merry Christmas. more

Heat Pump Service 12/14/2015

I used Woodfin to fully tune up and clean my heat pump. Service was great and could tell the guy knew what he was talking about. Huge part to me is Woodfin never tries to sell me things I really don't need. more

Woodfin Home Service Experience 12/11/2015

Previously I had been a customer of a different company. However, the exceptional service I've received from Woodfin since signing up for their Home Protection Plan has completely converted me. Yesterday Jaye A. stopped by my home to do a full service evaluation of my electrical system. He was thorough, professional & very respectful as he offered suggestions for improving my home's electricity usage. I highly recommend Woodfin to any homeowner. more

BathTub Faucet Replacement 12/8/2015

My house was built in 1948 and had the original bathtub faucet in it. It had been rebuilt and repacked a few times and now was past time to be replaced. I had other companies come and look at it however they all wanted to replace it with a one handle which would require new tile to be done as well. Which new tile job would cost a huge amount. Robert knew of a plumbing shop n Richmond that still sells brand new the type of faucet that I had. He was able to save me a pile of money by putting it in. He also found that one of the pipes as very old and needed to be replaced and did so the best way with very little added cost. I have used Woodfin a few times and will never allow another company into my house. They are the best. If you want the very best Plumber they have ask for Robert. more

HAVC Inspection and Service 12/7/2015

As advertised the man called to let me know he was on his way. He put foot covers on as soon as he arrived and went through my system complete with crawling under my house to check my duct work. I had been having my system serviced for many years by other company's and this was the first time anybody went under my house to check the ductwork. more

Woodfin's electrician arrived within the time promised. He also called beforehand to let me know of his arrival time and arrived promptly. He also wore boots to protect my house from dirt. He was incredibly courteous and professional. more

The Best Electrical Service Company Out There!!! 12/2/2015

I had Woodfin come out to my home for a full inspection of my home electrical system. Jaye A. was the one who was sent out. I would recommend him and this company to anyone. He didn't try to sell me anything that I didn't need. He found my home to be very well off as far as the system. He did take the time to retighten all the connections in my breaker box. more

Patrick Murphy was the Woodfin employee that came to our house today.A courtesy call letting us know he was on his way,which is greatly appreciated.He was polite, personable and guided us through the start up of our generator.He answered all the questions we had and went beyond,making phone calls to get us the additional information we were looking for .We are looking forward to having him service the generator in the future. Annual Service 11/13/2015

Our annual service of hydronic boiler and heat pump was conducted at the time promised and in a professional and friendly manner. Mat our technician made helpful suggestions for our 50 yr old boiler which was nearing the end of it's life. He made an extra effort to clean our heat pump which was appreciated. Woodfin's personnel have always provided us excellent service. more
