Our appt was for between 2 & 5 pm. Chris called to let me know he was on his way to perform a semi-annual maintenance service on our heat pump. He arrived around 3:10, checked everything, hosed down the outside unit and completed the work around 4pm. He was pleasant and very polite. And, he wore little booties over his shoes when entering the house. I questioned him about the price of the filter, explained that we have a contract, he rechecked it and returned with a much lower price. Very thankful. You can be proud of Chris. I wished him a Merry Christmas.
