We had an extremely tough installation of both AC and furnace. They did and exceptional job of figuring out how to do it and accomplished what they set out to do. We highly recommend them. more

My heater broke on a cold, rainy day. I am a teacher and don't get home until after 3:30.The dispatcher made sure a service man was there to meet me when I got home. He even called me ahead of time to tell me he was on his way. The service man, Mike, was there when I pulled up. He was friendly and even wiped his feet and put on shoe covers before he came inside! He found the problem quickly and explained everything to me. Mike was fantastic! I am very impressed by what a great attitude he has and how professional and knowledgeable he was. more

I had a HORRIBLE experience with Wolfang's. It was mid-summer in Phoenix, and my air conditioner was not working. I called Wolfgang's & they sent a service tech to my home. After looking at my system, he informed me of the repair cost. According to him, the repair would cost MORE than what I paid for the ENTIRE unit to be delivered and installed (barnd new!). I found my original receipt and showed him that I paid LESS for the NEW unit (including delivery & installation) - than what he was attempting to RAPE me by charging for a repair. When I confronted him with these details, he simply stared at me with I-could-care-less eyes. I told him I would be speaking to his supervisor about this, he couldn't have cared less about that either. I sent him away (I was charged for the "service call") without a repair. I called another company. Their tech came out in a few hours. He said that a "booster" would easily take care of the problem and installed it for under $100. Problem solved. Wolfgang's wanted to charge me over $3800 to repair my A/C problem. I had another company repair the problem for under $100 - total (including the service call; parts as well as installation). I called & spoke with a supervisor at Wolfgang's and was basically told "it is what it is". I guess being in the A/C repair biz in Phoenix in the summertime is like being the kid with ALL the marbles. "Whatever" In my opinion, Wolfgang's not only attempted to rape me on a repair cost, but were completely uninterested in attempting to resolve any customer issues &/or concerns. They couldn't have cared less when I told them that I was able to get the unit repaired for under $100 - when they had tried to charge me over $3800. I spoke with 2 supervisors and a customer service person. I will NEVER again contact Wolfgang's Heating & Cooling and I would strongly discourage others from contacting this pathestic excuse of a company as well. more

I recently had a new heat pump installed by Wolfgang's. They were great in every aspect. My salesman John Pisani was knowledgeable and patient with multiple questions, e-mails etc. I obtained 6 or 7 bids on my project which included moving the unit to another location in my yard. The price was competitive. The installers Chris, Tim, and Jerry were very friendly and professional. I've heard that getting the installation right is one of the most important aspects of getting a new unit, and they did a super job. They were very meticulous, and I appreciate the fact that they took their time to do things right. They found a factory defect on the new coil which was pretty slight, but opted to replace it during install. They were on time and did everything they said they would do. I have no complaints and would recommend them to anyone looking for a new unit. more

These guys replaced our entire heat/ac unit recently. The saleman came twice to our home to answer any questions. The installation took an longer than expected do to original construction errors. They came back a second day and were on time and polite. They made return trips to tweak the unit, explained everything. They even called us to remind us we had a free follow up. They could have let the service call expire but were an honest business more
