I recently had a new heat pump installed by Wolfgang's. They were great in every aspect. My salesman John Pisani was knowledgeable and patient with multiple questions, e-mails etc. I obtained 6 or 7 bids on my project which included moving the unit to another location in my yard. The price was competitive. The installers Chris, Tim, and Jerry were very friendly and professional. I've heard that getting the installation right is one of the most important aspects of getting a new unit, and they did a super job. They were very meticulous, and I appreciate the fact that they took their time to do things right. They found a factory defect on the new coil which was pretty slight, but opted to replace it during install. They were on time and did everything they said they would do. I have no complaints and would recommend them to anyone looking for a new unit.
