My heater broke on a cold, rainy day. I am a teacher and don't get home until after 3:30.The dispatcher made sure a service man was there to meet me when I got home. He even called me ahead of time to tell me he was on his way. The service man, Mike, was there when I pulled up. He was friendly and even wiped his feet and put on shoe covers before he came inside! He found the problem quickly and explained everything to me. Mike was fantastic! I am very impressed by what a great attitude he has and how professional and knowledgeable he was.
