Paul came out and adjusted the mounting brackets on the blinds in the main office so there is no possibility of them falling out while being cleaned or bumped. He also puts screws in the valances at my request to insure the valances don't fall on anyone either. I appreciate the care and the quality of the work he did so please express my appreciation to him more

We have been SO impressed by how quick and thorough Wolfe and Associates has been in responding to the issues that have come up as we get settled in our new home. We are so grateful for all their hard work, and these guys should be commended. I feel bad - I was trying to be as thorough as possible with our inspection report - I wasn't expecting these guys to get every little tiny thing fixed! I mean, we can live with sticky closet doors! We are so completely impressed and very pleased to be renting from these guys. more

Very efficient 1/17/2014

Wolfe and Associates have been very kind and a pleasure to work with. I hope we can continue this for the rest of this year. They have hired outstanding employees- I don’t know how a company can have so many fine people working for them under one roof, but they have managed to do that. I met Corina when I arrived to pay the rent, and I liked her immediately – she is very efficient. more

Wolfe and associates are responsible for housing the dregs of society in isla vista now for decades. If you have had any vandalism to you car, like smashed windows stolen bikes or even been attacked by gang members chances are good that they are tenants of Ron Wolfe.He is the slum lord of needle alley. He loves renting to families of mexican gang members and dangerous mental cases. IF you want to rent from this clown you need to be a real low life to qualify. more

I’ve been renting with you guys on and off for 6 years now. I was actually hoping to find a bigger apartment with Wolfe but nothing available now stood out to me. That being said, I know that most people have a lot of complaints about property managements especially Wolfe(I do realize that a lot of that is from IV kids). I just wanted to let you know that all of you guys at Wolfe have always been credible courteous and helpful to me. All of you have always been very respectful and have fixed any issue quickly (well all the urgent ones at least!) the crazy neighbor situation was scary for awhile but you helped in every way you could. Thank you all for your help over the years!! more

From Armando’s excellent work with electrical, both in the church and school buildings, to Scott M and Jessica’s walk thrus and 3rd party vendor coordination, we have fewer safety concerns, excellent and timely lighting, a better handle on plumbing issues, and are overall very happy. Wolfe is the best. more

I wanted to comment on a service request made earlier this week regarding the drainage issue at Apt. B. Terry, your on-call serviceman was a complete delight. Not only was he responsive and prompt, but thorough as well. You have a definite gem in that man and he should be commended on his work.\r If ever there is an employee who should be recognized for his quality of work and is a shining example of what “customer service” is about…it is Terry from Wolfe and Associates. Thank you for a job well done with our properties. more
