Some maintenance people came over today t get some things done around the house. I was especially pleased with the electrician who went above and beyond to see that our switches were wired safely (which they were not originally). He replaced batteries in smoke detectors making sure one was in each room. All the burned out bulbs are replaced as well. Please pass along to his supervisor that he deserves a raise! more

These people are scam artists. They lie and cheat whenever they can assuming no one will bother to take them to court. Beware and find another agency, there are many others around. I will never make the mistake of going to this company again. more

I took Wolfe and Associates to court and I won! I want to urge you all to do the same. I was very intimidated about being in front of a judge against a company, but I can truly say that the Santa Barbara court system is fair, just, and unbias. I was so impressed with the judges. I had the same issues as everyone ... Wolfe and Associates charged us with maintenance for an old, battered rental unit, they consistently made mistakes in their communications that cost me financially and only could reply with ""sorry"", they didnt pay attention or process any of my written and verbal complaints, they dont care about the tenants in any way - they simply want to get the rent check by the 3rd of the month, and finally they kept an unjust portion of my security deposit and even had the nerve to send the remainder late, with no receipts... I finally informed them that I had a list of complaints and I would take them to small claims if they did not immediately return my security deposit... well, they ignored me, as usual. I took them to court and WON!~ please do the same. The judges are sympathetic and there to protect consumers who have a just case. Keep a good record (photos, emails, etc) of your interactions. The court system will even award you the $50-60 in filing fees if you win. DONT LET WOLFE AND ASSOCIATES GET AWAY WITH THEIR ABUSIVE MANANGEMENT STYLE... Fight Back! more
