I wanted to comment on a service request made earlier this week regarding the drainage issue at Apt. B. Terry, your on-call serviceman was a complete delight. Not only was he responsive and prompt, but thorough as well. You have a definite gem in that man and he should be commended on his work.\r \r If ever there is an employee who should be recognized for his quality of work and is a shining example of what “customer service” is about…it is Terry from Wolfe and Associates. Wolfe and Associates and crew are like the Supermen of property managers. Except that instead of heat vision you can make a bunch of stuff happen! And you don’t have the ability to fly, or at least not that I’m aware of. more

Right there for us 8/30/2013

Hi, this is Walter at one of the properties at Del Playa. I had spoken with someone in the office earlier in the morning about a leaking pipe, and when i got back home late this evening the problem was fixed, beautifully done. I just wanted to say hey, you know when something happens, something goes wrong you are right there, you are right there for us. Take care. more
