the service and customer service was excellent. I like they way they gave me reports on my e-mail. I did think it took just a little longer to fix the car but I was supplied with a rental. Also, I am away but will return to see why my trunk doesn't open with the automatic opener. more

This was my first experience with a car accident repair. I can say I was very pleased I did not know what to expect they were very helpful answered all of my questions and responded immediately when emailed. Everyone was great to work with very friendly and knowledgeable.Loved the way I could track the car's progress that was great. more

I am very pleased with Woburn Foreign Auto Body 7/7/2011

My vehicle was reviewed, taken in for repair and all of the work was done in a timely manner. The manager, Shawn Bolger, was extremely helpful and made every effort to ensure that my vehicle was repaired properly and that my out of pocket expenses were minimal.He made all the arrangements with my insurance company and handled it very professionally.There really was no effort on my part. My vehicle was also detailed and the car looks great. Nice work and I want to thank them for their work. It was all one stop for me. They had a rental there waiting for me and I went about my businees without interruption. more

Car was dirty, disheveled and damaged 7/5/2011

Car was "cleaned" but food was found in middle console and piece of material from center console (so things don't fall down a divet) was missing. The bar in the very back of the vehicle was re-installed upside down. In addition, the fender is protruding and looks like it was popped out of place on the front drivers side. more

Fully Restored 6/29/2011

I had used them once before and decided to go back based on that repair. We had some front end damage was repaired to brand new likeness. I was able to watch the repairs on a daily basis. Would recommend to anyone. more

My experience with them was first rate. From the first call, to the email updates, to the last call to pick up the car at my convenience. They made everything easy, providing a rental car there for me. When I picked up my car, it was detailed and appeared brand new! Thanks for doing such a great job. more
