As an out-of-state property owner, I have been very pleased with Wiser's management of our property. They interview the prospective renters and do thorough credit checks and rental histories. Kelly and Ava have been especially helpful. Not only are they knowledgeable but also they are so pleasant. All of our renters were delighted with their professional manners. My family and I have been renting from Wiser Property Management for 2 1/2 years. We have been extremely pleased with the condo we are renting. The staff at Wiser Property Management greet us with a smile every time we enter the office.. They have handled the few maintainence problems we have encountered in a timely manner. I would also like to add that they are the first property management company we have rented from that sat down with us and thouroghly went over the terms of the contract we were signing to be sure we understood what we were signing and agreeing to. I can't say enough about how friendly the staff is, my husband and I contacted several different management companies when we were looking for a rental and we bypassed several simply because of the rude manner in which they deliver their ""customer service"". \r If you are in need of a rental I would absolutely say to give them a shot. Please aviod this company if you can... Renter Beware! They have given us truoble from the day we moved in until they day we moved out. . Our first fond memory was when it took them two weeks to hook up the gas stove and fix the heater. So there went two weeks of food money for eating out.. Then the twenty six year old water heater broke. Well @ least we had more than five min of hot water after that. The backyard was nothing but dirt but in order to improve it we had to ask them permission. hmmmm \r We needed the drain fixed in the tub and the plumber stole our rench we had laying out. and my friends the list goes on and on..... Mind you we rented for only a couple of years. All in all the two words that sum it up are: Renters Beware Pros: A good office location. Cons: Too many to list. more
