As an out-of-state property owner, I have been very pleased with Wiser's management of our property. They interview the prospective renters and do thorough credit checks and rental histories. Kelly and Ava have been especially helpful. Not only are they knowledgeable but also they are so pleasant. All of our renters were delighted with their professional manners. Wiser also has its own maintenance crew. With Wiser's help our rental property has not lost a day's worth of rent in the three years we've used their service.
