My family and I have been renting from Wiser Property Management for 2 1/2 years. We have been extremely pleased with the condo we are renting. The staff at Wiser Property Management greet us with a smile every time we enter the office.. They have handled the few maintainence problems we have encountered in a timely manner. I would also like to add that they are the first property management company we have rented from that sat down with us and thouroghly went over the terms of the contract we were signing to be sure we understood what we were signing and agreeing to. I can't say enough about how friendly the staff is, my husband and I contacted several different management companies when we were looking for a rental and we bypassed several simply because of the rude manner in which they deliver their ""customer service"". \r
If you are in need of a rental I would absolutely say to give them a shot.
