I just wanted to commend you on the work and customer service your plumbers showed me recently. I had a situation that looked to be a simple slab leak and eventually led to more complicated problems after the initial inspection. Each time we ran into a ""road block"", your plumber explained everything to me in detail. He answered any question thoroughly and honestly each step of the way and even helped me in getting answers from our insurance. Thank you so much! more

EXPENSIVE!! DO NOT USE! 6/26/2011

My AC goes middle of summer, Call to make an appt, they tell me they can send someone out that same afternoon, thought great! Get a call back couple hours later and say they are behind on appointments and say they won't be able to come out til Monday after, AC went out on Friday. Finally get someone to fixed AC which took under a min, and walk out with $150 bill. Insane. Was desperate and hot and waited this long without AC to get issued fixed. NEVER AGAIN with this ridiculously overpriced company. more

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER 6/15/2011

I will never recommend ARS Will Fit It in San Antonio. They will take advantage of you if they think you are not knowledgeable about AC/heat. It took me 5 months to get the correct size unit for my house & another 3 months to get a refund for the price difference. I had to contact the CEO of ARS in Tennessee because the San Antonio office would not return my calls nor let me talk to the manager. The only reason I knew I had the wrong size was GVEC would not approve my energy rebate. All they had to do was correct their error, refund the price difference and apologize and the entire issue would have been avoided. more

I thank Will Fix It for the professionalism and expertise of Ed, Larry and Ralph. They exceeded our expectations an daily basis. They also went out of their was to inform my wife of all their progress and a consistent basis. The project was very difficult and they never let it get them down. We felt so comforting with them, that we gave them a key and the alarm code so they could come whenever they please. The ending project has been very stressful but they helped us see the light. However, more important than the obvious monetary savings is the excellent customer service I received from your company. I was treated with respect right from the start.
