I will never recommend ARS Will Fit It in San Antonio. They will take advantage of you if they think you are not knowledgeable about AC/heat. It took me 5 months to get the correct size unit for my house & another 3 months to get a refund for the price difference. I had to contact the CEO of ARS in Tennessee because the San Antonio office would not return my calls nor let me talk to the manager. The only reason I knew I had the wrong size was GVEC would not approve my energy rebate.
All they had to do was correct their error, refund the price difference and apologize and the entire issue would have been avoided.
