I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a complete Trane heating and cooling system from your company. I wanted to take a moment of your valuable time to let you know how pleased I am with this system. It has made a tremendous difference in the cooling of my home. Moreover, it has lowered my electric bill by more than $40.00 in just one month. However, more important than the obvious monetary savings is the excellent customer service I received from your company. I was treated with respect right from the start. Your employees were truly interested in finding the correct system to fit my specific needs, and not just how much they could sell me. In this day and age finding a company that puts the customer in front of the dollar sign is becoming the exception rather than the rule. I applaud you for being that exception.
