My AC goes middle of summer, Call to make an appt, they tell me they can send someone out that same afternoon, thought great! Get a call back couple hours later and say they are behind on appointments and say they won't be able to come out til Monday after, AC went out on Friday. Finally get someone to fixed AC which took under a min, and walk out with $150 bill. Insane. Was desperate and hot and waited this long without AC to get issued fixed. NEVER AGAIN with this ridiculously overpriced company.
