Had a major drain issue where water was backing up in the tub. Mr. Cory Bentley came out and checked all the drains on the inside and discovered that the issue was outside leading to the sewer. Mr. Cory repaired the issue and educated us on ways to maintain and ensure that the issue did not happen again. Mr. Cory's customer service was top notch. This company cares about their customer and not just the bottom line. He did not rush thru the job but took his time and made sure that we understood. They also guarantee their work for a full year. From this point on I will call ""Will Fix It"" for all my service needs. Mr. Cory also explained some of the additional services that they offer. We will contact them later in the week for service to our water softner. It is so good to have a one stop shop with people you trust. more

Edgar did a great job installing the AC. I expected the installation to be about 6 to 8hrs long; instead the process was about 4hr and 30min! They were quick, efficient and polite. more

Not only was Daylan prompt and knowledgeable, he was precise in explanation and conscientious in the installation of the water heater ordered. Willing to answer any question I had, he made sure I understood each step of installation and how to ensure proper maintenance. Jeremy Hicks was fantastic. My A/C decided to not go below 76 degrees and I knew something was wrong because it is a new unit! Jeremy called ahead of time and let me know when he would arrive. Upon arrival, he was so professional, found the problem and got it fixed quickly.\r He has a great attitude and ask if I had any other questions. Eddy was one of two HVAC installers of our new air conditioning system on Friday, 14 July. They arrived at our home at about 3:30 PM. After introductions, Eddy and Johnny quickly began to off load the new equipment which was very heavy. Once all of the equipment was placed in our garage or indoor system in a systematic fashion, they quickly went to work. Eddy first placed carpet covers over our carpeting to prevent any staining. He then began the indoor work. He and Johnny worked until 9:30 PM to insure that my wife and I had air conditioning that night. My wife and I were very impressed with the diligence and attention to detail that Eddy and Johnny performed and their strong work ethic that we had a working system before they left for the night. They were tireless even though our air handler system is upstairs. My wife and I strongly recommend Will Fix It and Eddy for anyone needing a new HVAC system installed! more

?Will Fix It? sent two outstanding plumbing technicians to my rescue! After examination and purported fixes of my water heater by two other plumbing companies, the water heater continued to have issues. The third company, Will Fix It, sent Shaun and Robert that completely and permanently fix the water heater problem. Not only were they professional at all times, they were very informative and physically showed me the very parts that was supposed to have been replaced just two weeks earlier. This is the second Will Fix It have come through for me. In the future they will me be the first plumbing company I will call. I highly recommend this company as well as Shaun and Robert for your plumbing needs. more

Russell Avery was the employee who came to our house. he explained everything he was doing and took his time to answer my many questions.\r he is very thoughtful and knowledgeable. i would recommend his services and his company. Russell is one of the best people to represent your company. you should be proud to have him as an employee. if we have any future plumbing problems we will wait until Russel is available to come to our house to fix the problem, that is how much confidence we have on his expertise. Terry Daniels arrived right at the start of my two hour window and promptly diagnosed my AC water back up problem and explained the situation to me. He left to get tools he needed and promptly returned, working through lunch time. Fixing got a bit more complicated than planned and he had to make a trip under the house through a very small closet floor crawl space to fix a pipe. Terry Brien's to be commended for excellent service, efficient and effective work and professional courtesy. more

Are these owners, employees, or family if not I must have gotten the wrong WE Will Fix It Company? Service: friendly but lies about part prices and wheather new or rebuilt. Part prices: markup is move the decimal point one place to the left. Part that can be reused and taken with them. Shows invoice with even greater marker and a discount price to make you feel better about them taking avantage of you. I realize you are a business but please be honest and fair. more

I am not happy with the service I received. All I wanted was the gas line capped on my fireplace. The guy, Rudy, was an hour and a half past the time he was supposed to be here (a window of 2-4, he got here at 5:30). He stood four feet away from the fireplace and said he would have to rip the pipe out of the wall and that replacement of the wall was not included in the price. He didn't even get down to look at the pipe or the line, and he didn't even take a look at where the line went. I'm going to get more estimates, this was a rip-off: the guy didn't want to work. I will never again call, nor recommend, this company. more
